Zack`s Famous Frozen Yogurt in Kernersville

It's like sweet frog . You pick a base flavor and then you get 3 add in toppings and they mix it all together

It's been around forever, but I still enjoy this place greatly when I'm not dieting. They have tons of flavors, and things besides frozen yogurt, like Hawaiian ice. On top of that, their Facebook page announces flavors of the week! They have a large range of toppings that I highly recommend experimenting with, with several different size choices, and it's overall much cheaper than any other frozen yogurt place I've been to.

Both fruity and sweet flavors of frozen yogurt on tap. Standard variety of toppings. Slightly different way of serving things up by making layers of toppings. Oreo flavor is one of our family favorites.

I have been going to Zack's since I was a little girl. It used to be my treat for getting a good grade. Now I am an adult, and can go anytime I want to; I also bring my son. We both love it ! It is the best!!!! When you come to Zack's with your family, time seems to slow down and allows you to make wonderful memories.

Not bad, the way they load your cone and put toppings in the middle is pretty ingenious, but Whits in Kernersville is my go to spot for a sweet treat.

My family and I love this place but the current staff are all extremely quiet. This not only makes it hard to hear what they’re saying and harder to order but the whole experience is a bit awkward. Other than that 10/10.

Yummy froyo & generous toppings!!

Went to Zacks about a month ago, was walking across their floor and slipped on a wet spot that had no wet floor sign. Went back in tonight, almost slipped again due to mopping without a wet floor sign. Ordered an iced coffee drink but the girl was very rude when I said what I wanted. Also got French vanilla frozen yogurt with heath bar, but wasn’t given any heath inside. Definitely not going back for a while.

An old favorite of Kernersville everyone loves to go! Healthy alternative to ice cream. My favorite is cake batter frozen yogurt with kitkats,reese's cups wet walnuts and whipped cream delicious! The white chocolate mocha with whipped cream is also yummy treat if you like coffee. Lots of choices and toppings also snow cones hee hee (: Enjoy!

Zack's has the best frozen yogurt you will ever taste. Self serve frozen yogurt bars do not come close to comparing to Zack's. I highly recommend trying it.

Friendly staff! Great tasting yogurt at a more than reasonable price. The drive thru is also a very convenient luxury.

Pulled up to Zach’s at 9:34 and we’re told we could only do simple cups or cones (no toppings) because they were getting ready to close. Hours online are listed as they close at 10. I would understand if we had gotten there 5 mins before closing, but this was almost 30 mins until closing time.

Good but bit pricey for amounts of toppings

This has been a favorite place since I was a tiny child. It's the best frozen yogurt I've ever found, and there are lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. They change up some of the flavors periodically and seasonally, too, so you always have a chance to try something different. The staff are super nice. If you go often enough they remember you and what you like the order. My dad gets the same thing every time, and he usually doesn't even have to speak. He just walks in and they start making his iced coffee thing. I just love this place. I also love my "Zack's is Good" tie-dye t-shirt. You should buy one there, too. ;)

I was really wanting a smoothie. A friend recommended getting one from them with Apple juice and it was all I wanted. I got the tropical delight smoothie.

Bree is the star of the SHOW. I have never experienced such a sweet person I only regret not having her as a friend. Customer service ON POINT!!!

The best! I love Zack’s and especially this Kernersville location. It’s amazing how sweet frog can straight up rob people by weighing their desserts and meanwhile Zack’s offers a build your own sundae for just under $4! It’s massive too. The workers here are so personable, too! All other fro-yo is basically dead to me now.

My whole family loves zack's!!! We actually staryed taking pictures of each other eating the yogurt, and sending it to the other when we go, and tormenting the person who didn't get the yummy deliciousness in a cup!!! Thanks zack's!!! You guys rock!

I love this place!!!! every time I come see my family in town this is a must stop place for me, hot or cold weather. Great business, they are really friendly and they have wonderful frozen yogurt.

Zack's is a local favorite! Staff is quick, efficient and friendly with every visit. Great frozen yogurt with a variety of toppings. Ask for cookie dough and waffle cone 😉

To be fair I’ve only ever had one frozen yogurt that I loved and it’s chain. The closest location is in Raleigh, to yogen-Fruz. The service was great the fro yo wasn’t ice cream but pretty darn close. Love that they have drive thru, so all in all, worth it. Definitely should try them out.

New employee needs work. Didn’t greet us just opened the window and gave us a mean look. We finally took a hint she just wanted our order. We come here before work often. Get the same thing. She gave me the smallest amount of ice cream i’ve ever had here. I was so disappointed... I will be returning hoping someone else is working. I miss the regular employees they are so sweet and make my days brighter.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Zack's Yogurt having resided in Kernersville, NC for 10+ years. The service is impeccable along with the consistency of the product. There is almost always a smile on a Zack's girls face and I am always happy to leave an extra dollar just because it's a wonderful experience in general. I want some Zack's yogurt now!

Zack's yogurt is my number one place for frozen yogurt. I love the flavors and customer service is awesome.There is no yogurt shop better than Zack's.
